Marie Chung serves as the Director of Marketing for The Modern Companies - comprising of Modern Realty, Modern Commercial & Modern Estates - a 30-year-old brokerage specializing in high-end & investment residential & commercial real estate sales, short sales & distressed asset acquisitions/dispositions in Southern California. A leader in the real estate industry, she serves her national and international network by generously sharing her insights at local and national conferences.

Marie is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of UCLA in Business Economics and USC Ross Program in Real Estate Development, and a former corporate consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Marie also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designation. She is a Masters in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. 

Among her many positions, she is most proud of serving with the LA County Sheriff’s Advisory Council, Urban Land Institute, USC Lusk Board and as appointed Board of Director for OperationHOPE, a nonprofit organization aimed to expand economic opportunity, and make capitalism and free enterprise accessible to underserved communities.
